S7-200 PC Access is an OPC-server specifically for connecting to S7-200 target systems and S7-200 communications modules. All S7-200 data types are supported. The symbols from the STEP 7-Micro/WIN programming software can be readily imported into a project in S7-200 PC Access.
S7-200 PC Access supports all S7-200 protocols. It can be connected to a maximum of eight target systems at the same time and monitored by the S7-200 PC Access server. With CP cards, the number of PLC connections is limited to four. The online connections to the target system can be used on the PC alongside the STEP 7-Micro/WIN programming software.
S7-200 PC Access has been certified by the OPC Foundation for use with all OPC standard clients. Sample projects with the most frequently used clients are included with the S7-200 PC Access software.
