Abylon the SHAREDDRIVE (coded document clamping board) is shown in the member state document researcher as independent drive. The complete integration into the researcher environment simplify the application of the software. If it stores documents in SHAREDDRIVE, the coding (Blowfish - 448 Bits/AES - 256 bits) works automatically in the background, without additional enterprise by the user. The simultaneous entrance of some users, reduces on abort delimitations overrun to a minimum and the data communication volume permits the document-created structure in case of the support. The coded documents can be stored on the local computer, on a net computer or a ftp server. Security is increased by masking the document names. Over the net or the Internet the transmission of the data is always coded. The codings arises only on the client. During secret (key) to be used a password, a Smartcard, a middle USB storage or a CD/DVD can do to open to SHAREDDRIVE. In the companies for the access authorization also the use X.509 of the certificates (hybrid computer system, PKCS, DNA) is supported.
